DJ Fixx has left the building. He has now started his own label. Fixx left the building on October 14th. Information about his new label have not been relayed to Kaleidoscope Music, but when it is we will post it on the site. Contact has finally been made on Feb. 13th by Fixx. He is now working for Dark Ally Records and Bottom End Records.

DJ FIXX BIOGRAPHY

Said by many as one of the funkiest Breakbeat producers in the southeast, Dj Fixx is a strong force behind Kaleidoscope Music. Beginning in the early 90’s, Pauly was a regular at many of Orlando’s memorable nightclubs such as Firestone, The Edge, and Ultra Violet. “I raved out plenty in those days…you couldn’t drag me out of the club!” Watching and listening this “new” breakbeat sound evolve until early 1996, Pauly was infatuated and inspired by it. He immediately wanted to be a contributor to the scene. “I’ve taken countless years of music/instrument lessons and have been into music most of my life so the assembling comes naturally… I just plug in the ideas”
Fixx moved to Sarasota in late 1996 and released his first 12” with Dj Mojo. He then went on to release 2 more 12” under his own O-Town based label, Fixt Records. Over the next 2 years, some 12” remixes, a Funk Wax EP, and some collaboration with Dj Sharaz followed. In early 2000, Fixx was asked to become a part of the already popular label, Kaleidoscope Music. Without delay, Pauly signed, and has been a part of the team ever since. His unique blend of Funky Breaks meets Nu Skool sends his records flying off the charts. Recently collaborating with Huda Hudia, these two are pumping out some of the dopest funk around. You’ll never be let down when grabbing Fixx’s next bomb off the shelf.
